A Quaint Waterfront Community in a Prime Location
At Copahee View Homeowners Association, we are dedicated to serving the locals in our neighborhood. Copahee View is situated just north of the town of Mt. Pleasant, and it consists of approximately 150 homeowners. Our neighborhood lies adjacent to the majestic waters of the Copahee Sound, behind the Intracoastal Waterway and Capers and Dewees Islands.

In 1989, Hurricane Hugo severely damaged our neighborhood but we stood strong through the chaos. We rebuilt our community and since then, we’ve been continuously growing.
