Join the CVHOA or Renew Your Membership!
New memberships are welcome at any time. Membership renewals are due in May of each year. We welcome any new homeowners in Copahee View to be a part of the CVHOA.
The fees collected from the homeowners association dues are used for neighborhood communication, sign maintenance, and taxes, insurance, and upkeep associated with the "members only boat ramp"—they also allow you access to the boat ramp and a boat landing key.
Please consider joining or renewing your membership in the CVHOA with the attached application. Dues will be $60. You can visit us on Facebook or our website at www.copaheeview.com. Meetings are on the last Monday of the month, 6:00–7:00 pm at a location advertised on the entrance sign. Contact Terry McManus at (843) 881-8974 or [email protected] for more information.

Boat Landing
Boat landing goals were set to add a new fence and swinging gate and re-build the actual landing ramp.
Well... we did it. Many hands pitched in to put up the fence and gate. A crew came in to fortify and re-pour a new landing ramp. We added one more section at the end of the ramp to reduce the sharp drop-off. It will be ready for boat testing in mid-April.
Thank you to all those who gave physically and fiscally to the projects!
NO WAKE ZONE
Our creek banks are eroding. Please boat slowly until you are outside our creek and into the Copahee Sound. This helps protect our wildlife and minimizes bank erosion. Thanks for helping us ensure that Copahee View is helping protect the Copahee Sound.
